A good balanced diet is vital for children to develop healthily.

I am happy to provide children in my care with a variety of healthy snacks and meals or cook/serve food provided by their parents.

I always encourage children to choose a healthy option and to experiment with foods from other cultures, and will cater for children with food allergies and cultural/religious requirements.

I am happy to support you if you are weaning your baby as I have a blender so can make pureed dishes if required.

I do not encourage children to eat sweets or crisps on a regular basis, however on occasions such as birthdays, party foods may be offered.
